Georgia Tech Living History Intern: 

Duties:

  • Prepare client folder, including research, yearbook photo, pin, etc. 
  • Create webpage for client post interview 
  • “Video Index Process” the interview and produce a narrative, timeline and detailed brief of the DVD 
  • Duplicate the printed materials; send originals to the Archives 
  • Scan photos; general research for specific video production needs 
Skills Employed: 

  • Ability to research via microfiche, internet, yearbooks and other publications 
  • Precise and detailed analysis of the spoken word 
  • Organization of materials collected and accurate data input 
Hours: 
  • Completely flexible from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; you choose your own schedule and keep your own time sheet; ten hours a week for the training period desired 
Location:
  • Living History Studio in the lower level of the Alumni House on North Avenue
